Only in Florida. . . . . .

I'm proud as a native Floridian to report on another story that should make all the residents of this state wonder if there is something in the water that is causing such delusional behavior. Apparently, a Grandmother in Marathon used all of her wisdom which apparently wasn't much to make the decision to drive around a parking lot with her 3 year old Granddaughter on the roof. Yes that's right! Unfortunately I am not making this up! She actually found the words to defend herself! She felt that since she "had a hold of her leg and was only going at a snail's pace" that that somehow completely justified her lack of hmmmm let's say common sense? Apparently this was the Grandmother's way of showing the kid some fun. Can I say playground? Or how about Mcdonald's Playplace? Or how about "Grandma did you forget to take your medicine?". Boy what's next dragging her Grandson BEHIND the car and telling the police that she was teaching him to waterski?
