Useless Info.

You know I've always been told that I have a great memory for useless information. They're probably right I still don't know why that one of the only things I remember from High School Biology is that to make chocolate milk creamy one of the ingredients they include is cargeenan which is seaweed.

So, I started surfing the web because I figured if there was one place in the world where a lot of useless information was floating around it was there. Here's a few tidbits that I found. Who knows, maybe I'll make this a weekly post. Hope you enjoy.
  • A snail can sleep for 3 years. ( I only wish I could get a good 7 hours!)
  • It's possible to lead a cow upstairs. . . . . .but not downstairs (so much for putting that milking machine in the basement.)
  • Women blink nearly twice as much as men. (hmmm, it's probably because we can't believe all of the things they do!)
  • The electric chair was invented by a dentist. ( I told my Mother that there was a good reason for me not to trust them!)
  • Americans on average eat 18 acres of pizza a day. (I wonder if they sell those seeds down at the farm supply, could be a good crop to get into)
  • Tigers have striped skin, not just striped fur. (I'll take their word for it, there's NO WAY I'm getting close enough to check)
  • Banging your head against the wall burns 150 calories per hour. (Wow, I actually do exercise 5 times a week!)
Didn't know that there was so much out there that you never knew about did ya?

Found you while meandering the blogging world - this is a great weekly post! I'll have to try banging my head on the wall more often.
