Useless Info. . . .

Ok, I know that a lot of you may have heard some of these little tidbits but for those of us that live a sheltered life I thought I would share! :o)

1. Stewardesses is the longest word typed with only the left hand.
2. Lollipop is the longest word typed with only your right hand.
3. Dreamt is the only word in the english language that ends in "mt".
4. Our eyes are the same size from birth but our nose and ears never stop growing.
5. A cat has 32 muscles in each ear.
6. A goldfish has a memory span of only 3 seconds (no wonder they eat themselves to death!)
7. Almonds are actually a member of the peach family.
8. An ostrich's eye is bigger than it's brain. (That explains a lot!)
9. Peanuts are actually an ingredient of dynamite.
10. There are more chickens than people in the world. (Especially around my house!)
11. Women blink nearly twice as much as men!
12. The cruise liner QE2 moves about 6 inches for every gallon of diesel it burns!

Yes, you can thank me for all of these important facts! :o) I knew you couldn't make it through the day without knowing them!
